Privacy and enquiries

Our enquiry form collects your business name, email address and any optional business link or note you choose to provide. FormSubmit processes the submission and delivers it to our Google Workspace inbox. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, prepare your content. Please do not include sensitive personal information. FormSubmit privacy information. We have not added advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Our hosting provider may process technical access information when serving the site.

If you email us, we receive the details and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, prepare and deliver your content. Our business email is hosted in Google Workspace.

Content production is AI-assisted. Before sharing materials, remove private addresses, faces and other personal information that is not needed. Supply only photos, logos and information you are authorised to use. We do not publish your materials as our portfolio without your permission.

To ask about access, correction or deletion of information you supplied, email admin@freshpoststudio.com.au. Some transaction records may need to be retained for business recordkeeping.
